Dr. Wesley

Dr. Wes takes pride in truly getting to know his patients and helping them make informed decisions about their oral health.

Dr. Wesley A. T. Embree (aka Dr. Wes) received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Sydney, Australia at the end of 2023. Prior to this, he did a Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry at the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Wes takes pride in truly getting to know his patients and helping them make informed decisions about their oral health. While his favourite part of being a dentist is helping prevent oral disease in the first place, his practice includes restorations (fillings), crowns, dentures, extractions, root canals, paediatric dentistry, and most recently implants. Dr. Wes continues to develop his knowledge and cultivate new skills via continuing education in all aspects of dentistry.

Outside of work, you can find him on the slopes, at Jiu-Jitsu, or just enjoying the natural beauty of Squamish where he was born and raised.

I’m Saima and I’m a front desk Administrative Assistant. I’m in my third-year Food Nutrition Health Science major at the University of British Columbia, receiving a full scholarship in recognition of exceptional academic performance.

Driven by a passion for medicine, I resolutely paved my way toward medical school, motivated by a profound aspiration to improve lives through healthcare.

Outside of her rigorous academic pursuits, Saima expresses her creativity through film photography and immerses herself in literature. She also demonstrates a strong commitment to community well-being by volunteering at local clinics. Saima stands out not only for her academic excellence but also for her compassionate nature and unwavering determination to contribute meaningfully to the field of medicine and dentistry.

My name is Ala and I am a Dental Assistant. I’m currently pursuing my dream to become a Dental Hygienist. I enjoy assisting patients on a daily basis, especially children with every detail they require.
